There is nothing wrong with eating. The problem occurs when the teenager eats too much food that contains fats and sugars which is reason that many become overweight. Studies show that those who are unable to control it want a quick solution. There are quite a few which are not effective and in reality are potentially dangerous.
One example is the vegetarian diet. In essence, there is nothing wrong with however teens who don’t know any better have totally removed chicken and meat products from the dish.
Vegetarians believe it or not still need to eat a little meat such as those derived from poultry products and fish. This is because it has the essential nutrients that are needed while a teen is growing up.
Some people tend to forget all that but there is a downside to it. This is because the teenager will have to eat a wide variety of vegetables to compensate for this.
Some teens have tried drinking herbal tea. These products are very similar to laxative pills because the person will frequently be forced to go to the bathroom and get rid of it. Studies have shown that this is unsafe for a teen who will most likely suffer from dehydration or complications in the colon.
Teens are very susceptible to ads seen on television. There are some on the home television shopping network that promise to lose those extra pounds by going on a diet in just two weeks.
These usually focus on a low calorie diet plan. Although there is nothing wrong should this be done for an adult, again, this is harmful for teens. This is because a sudden loss in the calorie intake will prompt the body to take defensive measures and force one to eat a lot later on to compensate of the deficiency.
In fact, the same effects will happen should the teenager even think of going on a starvation diet.
Another unsafe way to lose weight will be vomit out the food that was eaten. This is worse than starving oneself because the body expels hydrochloric acid that burns the throat and the teeth.
So, is there a healthy way for a teen to lose the excess weight? The answer is yes. The first step is admitting to oneself that it has to end and then sharing this problem with members in the family to get the help and support.
Someone may recommend a diet plan that was made by trained professionals and tested by doctors. There are so many to choose from and some focus more on carbs while others put more emphasis on consuming more proteins.
A healthy diet should have a good follow through with the right exercise. There are various workout programs like lifting weights, attending group classes or burning those calories on the treadmill.
There are also other sports such as basketball, football or swimming that the teen can engage especially when the body can still withstand the pressures of rigorous activity.
There is no such a thing as a fast way to lose weight. The only thing that exists is a safe and healthy one that can make this happen. There will be challenges ahead but this can only be achieved with the help of a trained professional.

Have you ever Experience of PANIC ATTACK?



I have a brave of heart and fear is not easy to overcome me no matter what .One day I got that experience of Fear that Panic Attack, may be for some reason, a feeling of un ease even those hair of mine have put in to action or have come in life. I do have a feeling of running away…But I do not know where those feeling of guilt coming from. Am I seeing something that reminds me, have I do wrong that is the entire question that has come in to mind?
From that day on until now that feeling of fear or Panic Attack was keep always remembering and feel so helpless or keep worrying me ,that it will come in refrain or keep coming back those will surely ATTACK ME whatever time is it at any time.

I come to admit that I need some assistance, how can I help myself to STOP on worrying .What am I supposed to do how can I keep those Panic Away! . The Body Sensation
Almost everyone’s first panic attack is triggered by an unusual bodily sensation. Anxiety related bodily sensations usually arise out of the blue and trigger intense confusion and fear. Common bodily sensations people report are a pounding heart, tightness of chest or throat, shortness of breath, a dizzy spell, and pins and needles. Whatever the sensation, it is alarming and you react with fear as you read something bad is about to happen to your body. You might wonder, “Is this a heart attack?”

Panic Attack
If you continue to overreact with fear and confusion to the sensations you feel, your body’s fight or flight response mechanism is switched on. This is the biological mechanism that is designed to keep you safe from real threats like being chased by a lion. It is the mixture of this biological mechanism with your not knowing what is happening to you, that triggers a FULL BLOWN panic attack.

High Anxiety
Eventually the waves of panic subside once the fight or flight response deactivates. The problem is, you still feel totally freaked out by what just happened and very much on edge because of all the chemicals that were released during the panic attack. This feeling of sensitization and general anxiety can last for hours after a panic attack.

Fear of Fear
It is now the fear of another panic attack (fear of fear) that keeps you trapped in an anxious state of mind. You think avoidance is the best way to prevent further panic attacks, and that leads you to avoid situations or places that might trigger another episode.
Because you are constantly on the lookout for the next panic attack, your body stays anxious and sensitized. This tension creates; yes you guessed it, more anxious bodily sensations, looping you back to stage 1. The panic loop is now established.
You can see from the above example how one incident of a panic attack can trap a person into a continuous loop of panic and anxiety. This loop can last weeks or years, depending on the help a person receives.
